The house Ricina is placed in the beautiful small coastal place ORIJ, close to the city Omis. Orij is well-know for its good fish restaurants. In Orij there a some smaller shops, several cafes, restaurants, as well as beach cafes. Orij is only 3-5 min away from Dugi Rat (by car), where you can find super markets, a cinema, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, cafes, a tourist office, etc. The bus stop Split-Omis is in 1 min distance. The house: The beautiful and high-quality holiday house was built recently and has not been rented so far. The interior arrangement is very comfortable. There are 3 comparable apartments, each for 4 persons. Each Appartment has a full-equipped kitchen and/or cook line, a bedroom with double bed, and a living room with extendable sleep couch for 2 persons, bathroom with shower, balcony, dining table for 4 persons, etc. All apartments are air-conditioned. Bedclothes are provided by the owner and are replaced at least once a week (if desired, even more often). There is also a parking lot for our guests which is free of charge. A washing machine can be used on request.
